How do I create an account?

Click on the "Get Started" button on our homepage. Fill in your details including email, name, and create a password. Verify your email address through the link we send you, and you're ready to begin your JEE preparation journey!

What's included in my subscription?

Your subscription includes: Weekly AI-generated study plans, instant doubt resolution using Gemini AI, mock tests with PYQs and predicted papers (50%+ accuracy), extensive question banks, performance tracking, and PDF downloads of your study materials.

How does the AI study planner work?

Our AI analyzes your current preparation level, available study time, and target goals to create a personalized study plan. It adapts based on your progress, strengths, and weaknesses, ensuring optimal preparation efficiency.

Account & Billing

How do I update my payment method?

Log into your account and navigate to Settings → Billing. Click on "Update Payment Method" and enter your new card details. Your subscription will automatically use the new payment method for future renewals.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, and you can reactivate anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a free trial to explore all features before payment. We don't provide refunds after purchase, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends. See our Refund Policy for details.

Technical Issues

I can't log into my account

First, ensure you're using the correct email address. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If issues persist, email me at dprrwt@gmail.com.

Videos/Content not loading properly

Check your internet connection stability. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Disable any ad-blockers or VPNs that might interfere. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, JEElevate works great on mobile browsers. We're working on dedicated iOS and Android apps for an even better experience. The web version is fully responsive and works on all devices.

Study & Content

How do I ask doubts?

Click the "Ask Doubt" button available on any topic page. Type your question or upload a photo of the problem. Our AI will provide an instant detailed explanation. You can ask follow-up questions for clarity.

Can I customize my study plan?

Yes! Go to your Study Planner and click "Customize". You can adjust daily study hours, prioritize specific topics, set exam dates, and choose focus areas. The AI will reorganize your schedule accordingly.

How are mock tests evaluated?

Mock tests are auto-evaluated using JEE marking scheme (+4 for correct, -1 for incorrect, 0 for unattempted). You'll receive detailed solutions, time analysis, and performance metrics to track your improvement.
