Welcome to JEElevate! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered JEE preparation platform. By accessing or using JEElevate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JEElevate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

JEElevate is an AI-powered JEE preparation platform that provides:

• Weekly AI-generated study plans
• Instant doubt resolution using Gemini AI
• Mock tests with PYQs and predicted papers
• Question banks and performance tracking
• PDF downloads of study materials

As a new platform, features and availability may evolve. We'll notify you of significant changes.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and those under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use JEElevate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: share your account with others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use our platform to distribute malware or engage in harmful activities, copy or redistribute our content without permission, use automated systems to access our services without authorization, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on JEElevate, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and AI-generated materials, is the property of JEElevate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial JEE preparation. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

We offer a free trial to explore all features before payment. Paid subscriptions provide:

• Unlimited access to all features
• More AI generations and mock tests
• Priority support

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We do not offer refunds after purchase, but you can cancel anytime and continue access until period ends. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

We use Google's Gemini AI to power our features. While AI provides valuable assistance:

• Generated content may contain errors - always verify important concepts
• AI predictions have ~50% confidence rate for predicted papers
• Solutions should be cross-checked with textbooks
• We don't guarantee specific JEE results

Use JEElevate as a supplement to, not replacement for, comprehensive JEE preparation including coaching and self-study.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEElevate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JEElevate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of JEElevate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of JEElevate after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
